Conclusion :

- The biggest difference between the French and the american cinema is that the french cinema speak about the life of people but the american cinema is very far of the normal life. The most of the time it speak about extravagants things.

- The american cinema has generally a more important budget than the french cinema. They can also make more special effects in their movies.

- The american cinema has a big influence in the world. All the films and series are world-famous.

- The french cinema must fight to keep his place in the world.

Their are always new movies in the cinemas. It is a sort of race (course) to be famous. The american cinema is more famous than the french cinema. Some french movies which are traduct in american but they don't please (plaire) at american people. Many american series and movies are adapted in french. The american cinema has a bigger influence in the world than French cinema.

Boule and Bill

I) The story

The story begins in the SPA. A young dog miss in his cage. He found not his owners when suddenly a young boy appared. His name is Boule and his hair are as redhaded as the coat of Bill and it's the lightning strike (= coup de foudre).  Since this day are Boule and Bill best friends but for the parents it's the beginning of the problems. The best friends will face many mishaps.

II) The main actors

A) Franck Dubosc

Franck Dubosc is born on 7 november 1963 and he is a french actor and humorist. He is a fan of Jean Paul Belmondo and John Wayne and in 1985 he gets his first part in the film We have boys from Michel Lang. His famous films are Camping and Camping 2, Disco, Incognito and The Marquis. He embodies the part of the father of Boule.

B) Marina Foïs

Marina Foïs is born on the 21 January 1970 ans she is a french actress. In 1997 she got her first part in the film Casque bleu from Gérard Jugnot. Her famous films are La Tour Montparnasse infernale, Asterix et Obelix Mission Cleopatre, Le Raid, J'me sens pas belle, Darling and Polisse. She embodies the part of the mother of Boule.

Charles Combrez is born in 2003 and he is a belgian actor. At age of 10 years old, he embodies the part of Boule.

I)The story

This story speak about a man who put money on a horse name Jappeloup. But this horse is young and very unpredictable. Nobody like him but the horse make many progress with his master. He became a very famous horse. They participate at the Olympic Games of Los Angeles. It was a disaster. The man lost the confidence of the horse. Thanks to his wife, he regain this confidence.

II) The main actors

The main actors are Daniel Auteuil and Lou de Laâge.

Daniel Auteuil was born the 24 January 1950 in Alger. When he was young, he was usually in the wings of the theatre. He begun his career with the film "Attention les yeux" . In jappeloup, He has the role of Daniel Durand, the horse rider.

Lou de Laâge  was born the 27 april 1990 in Bordeaux. she appeard for the first time in "Les petits meurtres d'Agatha Christie" in  2008. Since, she made many films for the cinema like "J'aime regarder les filles".

III)The productor

Guillaume Canet was born the 10 Avril 1973 in Boulogne-Billancourt. At age 10, he was inscribe in a circus but his hobby was the horse. he was a great hirse rider. Very early, he discover his passion of the comedy. Since, he has many roles in Films for exemple "En plein coeur".  He is the realisator of the film.

II) The important dates of the cinema

• The idea of the cinema was create in the XVI century.
• The photography was invented in 1839.
• The chronomatograph was create in 1882. It serve to photograph the movements of the animals.
•  In 1888, Thomas Edison invented the kinetoscope which permised to watch a small film.
• The cinematograph was invented in 1892 from Léon Bouly. It permised to project shorts films or movies. 
• This machines permised to create the cinema.
•  In 1895 was projected the first sceening by the Lumiere brothers in Paris.
•  The first september 1939, Louis Lumiere presided the first festival of Cannes but the worldwar started. The first edition of this festival was postponed (=reporté) in 1946.

This is not the cinema that we can understand today but it is the birth of the cinema.

The Lumiere brothers

A) Biography

Auguste Lumière was born October 19, 1862 in Besançon, and died April 10, 1954 in Paris and Louis Lumière was born October 5, 1864 in Besançon and died June 6, 1948 in the Var. There are two French engineers who played a key role in the history of cinema and photography. 

The Lumière brothers have filed more than 170 patents (=brevets), primarily in the field of photography.They are at the origin of the marketing of photographic plates in 1881. They are at the origin of the Cinematograph definitely that starts the film industry in 1895. They are responsible for obtaining the color photographic plate in 1907. 

B) A major invention: the cinematograph

Created by the Lumière brothers in 1895, the cinematograph was both a camera and a projector. He therefore allowed to show the film to the public and not one person at a time. It was patented (=breveté) February 13, 1895 under the name of the two brothers although Louis has more worked on this invention.

It's the first camera manufactured industrially which allows modification without projecting movies. This camera is reversible, in turn plays the role of camera or projector. The first commercial exhibition held December 28, 1895 at Grand.Café in Paris. This film is silent and barely last a minute. He received acclaim from the public during its projection. The Lumière brothers realized over 1425 short films. In 1897, the Cinematograph will be followed of a simplified and less expensive for only the projection. Today, the most advanced cameras, and projection equipment, operate on the principle of the Lumière brothers' camera. This unit lays the foundations of contemporary cinema.
